Two women were grievously injured this afternoon in a crash involving two cars in Sliema Road, Gzira.
The accident, which occurred at 3pm, involved a Kia Avella driven by a 38-year-old of Msida, who had a 60-year-old passenger with her, and a Ford Fiesta driven by a 23-year-old of Marsascala.
The two women in the Kia Avella were taken to hospital for treatment.
