A 57-year-old man this evening fell from a height of about three storeys to his death while carry out work on the roof of his residence on Etna Street in Mellieha. An ambulance was called to render assistance but the man was pronounced dead on the scene.
Duty Magistrate Dr C. Scerri Herrera has been informed of the case and several experts have been appointed to assist in the inquiry. Police investigations are also ongoing.
