The Nationalist Party needs closure, and should see that the electoral process that started weeks ago comes to an end in the established time for the party to move on, leadership contender Adrian Delia said this evening.
Speaking to the media ahead of the report of the Ethics Committee, Delia said that allegations against him were made by one person – Daphne Caruana Galizia – who chose to spin fairy-tales and lies.
He said that this baptism of fire for him as a politician will only strengthen his resolve, adding that he is sure that of he is elected leader, he will manage to unite the party.
