Only 13 migrants being held at detention center - Home Affairs Minister

Only thirteen migrants are being held at the detention centres, according to Minister for Home Affairs and National Security Michael Farrugia.

These figures were tabled in Parliament earlier this evening by Farrugia following a question by Nationalist MP Etienne Grech, who asked the minister how many migrants are living in open centres and detention center.

"Right now, there are 815 migrants residing in the AWAS open centres whilst there are ten men and three women being held at the detention center," he replied.
