Malta is planning to provide British tourists with a specially dedicated queue at passport control at the airport in case of Brexit, Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi announced on Monday.
The government's policy is to make Malta the most Brexit-friendly country, building on Malta's past historical relations with the UK.
Air Malta will also be inaugurating flights to Exeter and Cardiff in the coming days to extend further the reach of the airline in the heart of the UK, the minister said.
A special flight was organised by Air Malta to commemorate the 45th anniversary from the first flight to Britain.
