Unfair parking ticket and petitions board

I would like to bring to the attention of the Commissioner of Police and the Registrar of the Petitions Board, shortcomings that need to be addressed regarding traffic offences and the redress given at regional tribunal sittings. On December 24 of last year I found a parking ticket attached to my car windscreen despite the fact that the place where I parked had no yellow lines, neither was there any no parking sign.
