Three ministers were sworn in this morning following the reshuffle announced by Prime Minister Joseph Muscat yesterday. Chris Fearne has taken up the role of Health Minister from Konrad Mizzi and Jose Herrera has replaced Leo Brincat as Environment Minister. Former Home Affairs Minister Manuel Mallia returned to Cabinet and was sworn in as Minister for Competitiveness.
