TechnoGym committed to giving expert service

The 2016 Olympics get underway today but the athletes' preparation for the Rio Games started months ago and are now in peak form, ready for the action. Besides the venues and other important logistics, the Rio organisers are also aided athletes in their build-ups with the opening of 15 fully-equipped centres where more intensive training sessions could be held prior to competition and for the entire duration of the Games. Italian firm TechnoGym were called in for the task, becoming the official and exclusive fitness equipment supplier during the Games which come to a close on August 21. TechnoGym's main headquarters are in Cesenatico. For them, Rio 2016 represents the sixth Olympic Games to be involved in following Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Turin 2006, Beijing 2008 and the London Games of 2012. The main TechnoGym centre in Rio, located at the Olympic Village in Barra da Tijuca, is equipped with a wide range of high-quality products, covering the needs of athletes in various sport.
