A Libyan man was arrested early this morning at Girgenti Palace at around 4.30 am.
The armed Forces guards had contacted the police who came and arrested the man, when he was found banging against the gate. The police said that the man seemed to have been drinking and was acting aggressively.
Reports read that the man was previously involved in a fight elsewhere, and somebody dropped him off in the vicinity of Girgenti Palace.
