Public Broadcasting Service CEO John Bundy has not received any communication regarding the PBS Board motion of no confidence in him as CEO of PBS.
The PBS board recently wrote a letter to the Chairman of the Board, stating the above.
The board alleged that Bundy had ignored the board of directors repeatedly, and took decisions without their approval.
MaltaToday reported that the board of directors also noted when it to change arbitrary decisions of the CEO, the directors were faced with legal threats against them and the company.
Sources in PBS said that the board of directors felt it can no longer allow such a situation, and hence declared they have no confidence in the CEO
Bundy was appointed as CEO in August 2016, meaning that he has occupied the post for just over a year.
