A 26-year-old man from Imtarfa was grievously injured on Friday after he fell off his motorcycle.
The accident took place at around 11.30am in Triq Ġnien Borġ, limits of St Paul's Bay.
The man was driving a Honda CBR. He was assisted by district police and was later ferried to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
His injuries were later certified as grievous.
The police are investigating.
