An as yet unidentified man has been found dead in the Zonqor area in Marsascala, the police said.
The man was discovered at 10.35am. A medical team called on site certified him dead.
Magistrate Marsanne Farrugia is conducting an inquiry.
The police said an autopsy will be held to establish the cause of death.
