A man caught last week operating a mechanical shovel while dangling from a crane was at it again this morning. This photo was taken this morning in Triq in-Naġġar, Mosta. Residents say the roof demolition works have been going on for a week. After the Times of Malta published photos of the man last week, an irked Operational Health and Safety Authority had issued a statement condemning the people who took the photos. "It is deplorable that someone was so 'concerned' that rather than contacting the OHSA and informing us accordingly about the situation, he felt it more 'useful' to contact the media," Authority CEO Mark Gauci had said. Dr Gauci had said that, had the OHSA been informed first, it could have stopped the works before they were completed. But judging by this photo taken today, inspectors still have plenty of opportunities to make up for lost time.
