Richard Ambery has been appointed as MPG's general counsel by Managing Partners Group, the international boutique asset manager. Mr Ambery joins MPG from Malta-based Ganado Advocates, where he was partner and head of capital markets. He began his career in 1988 in debt securities sales and trading at Security Pacific Hoare Govett before switching disciplines and becoming a trainee solicitor then associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
