Roy Hodgson got plenty of criticism for resting six players in England's drab 0-0 draw against Slovakia, and pundits will be calling for his head if his team fail to make it past Iceland in this final 16 Euro 2016 clash. Iceland had already made history by being the smallest nation to qualify for a European Championship tournament. Having won a game and qualified to the second round, any further progress will simply be the cherry on the cake.
