Burnley manager Sean Dyche admits the soaring costs in this summer's transfer window are making it difficult to secure his targets. Leicester City's N'Golo Kante moving to Chelsea for £30 million just a year after joining from Caen for £7m and Bournemouth buying Liverpool's 20-year-old winger Jordon Ibe for £15 million are just two deals which reflect a sharp increase in fees. The Clarets return to the Premier League, where the team who finishes last will still earn about £100 million, after one season away and on their previous top-flight outing Dyche worked with the smallest budget of any club by a considerable margin. Those limitations are making recruitment difficult with Burnley's summer spending is £3.6m so far on Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Nick Pope.
