Dumping ground

Triq it Torri, half of which is in Marsaxlokk and the other half in Birżebbuġa, is full of rubbish. Everyone seems to think this countryside road is a rubbish dump, from builders to selfish people who instead of putting their trash out for the collectors just dump it there. It's about time the government gave these two councils some extra money to put up cameras in such places, and maybe after the culprits are caught and given a hefty fine, they will stop their littering once and for all.
