Toni Abela addressing Labour's Freedom Day event

Toni Abela, the former deputy leader of the Labour Party, is addressing this evening's Freedom Day ceremony held by the Labour Party at the foot of the Freedom Monument in Vittoriosa. He will be followed by Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, who will later kindle the 'flame of freedom' on the monument, recalling the closure of the British military base on March 31, 1979.
