What is going on at MaltaPost? When I was in Malta as a tourist in January last year and sent a number of postcards to my friends and relatives in different countries – not a single card delivered was postmarked by MaltaPost! I was again in Malta this March and the same thing happened – no postmarks on beautiful Maltese stamps. Some of my friends are stamp collectors and very interested in postmarks of different countries. The other problem is that non-postmarked stamps can be used again and may mean a financial loss for this company. This article is part of our premium content.
