Maltese newspapers review

The following are the top stories in the Maltese newspapers today. The Sunday Times of Malta leads with an interview with Konrad Mizzi, who says he has nothing to hide. It also quotes reports saying that the Prime Minister's Chief of Staff also has a company registered in Panama. In another story, it quotes the Archbishop saying he wants to build bridges with the gay community. MaltaToday quotes Konrad Mizzi saying he will not resign. It-Torca says the charges against Konrad Mizzi are unfounded because his company in Panama and trust in New Zealand hold no money or assets. Il-Mument alongside a picture of Konrad Mizzi, says he used a company which also works for oligarchs and dictators, The Malta Independent on Sunday says Dr Mizzi gave names and dates and is to ask the tax commissioner to audit him. KullHadd gives prominence to an interview with minister Konrad Mizzi, who says he will be a bridge between the government and the Labour Party.
