He said that the snow isn't expected to begin until late in the evening, so some of the caucusers may be safely back home before the storm arrives. But many voters said neither rain nor snow would keep them from their appointment with destiny. The caucuses are considered a key barometer of support for each candidate. So candidates are hoping their supporters will shrug off the bad weather, and say, the cold doesn't bother me anyway.
