Around 80 migrants feared drowned in the Mediterranean

Some 80 people are feared to have drowned while 24 have been rescued by coastguard vessels after their boat capsized in another tragedy off Libya, the Italian coastguard spokesman said. It is the second deadly incident in two days, after five were confirmed to have died when a large fishing boat flipped over on Wednesday. More details to follow
