Man given community service rather than jail-term for misappropriation of four quad bikes

A person charged with the misappropriation of four quad-bikes has been found guilty, and given 200 hours of community service rather than a jail-term.

Mr Jason Zammit was also found guilty of relapsing. Mr Zammit was ordered to pay back the value of the misappropriated items. No prison sentence was given as the Court found that it would be better for the Parte Civile if Mr Zammit continued working as he would then have the money to pay back what is owed.

200 hours of community service were also assigned.
